Donnie Anders joined Wardlaw Claims Service in 1997 to develop the auto
program and manage auto adjusters. He was promoted to Field Director on the
Management Team in 2003. Donnie holds a Texas Adjusters License
and opened the claims training center in 2000. A graduate
of Texas State Technical Institute, Donnie served in the United States
Navy and owned and operated an auto body shop before entering the insurance
adjusting field.

Field Director Kenneth Bentley joined Wardlaw Claims Service in 1997
and has been a member of the Management Team since 2001. He is Wardlaw's
Large Loss and Commercial Director. Ken is also a licensed adjuster in 11
states, and his background includes insurance restoration and custom home building.

Steve Brewster, a Field Director since 2006, started as an adjuster
with Wardlaw Claims Service in 1996. Prior to Wardlaw he was a police
officer, a homebuilder and worked with the highway department.
Steve has a B.S. in Physics from Missouri State University.

Bill Fatheree has been a Field Director at Wardlaw Claims Service
since 1990, having joined the company as an adjuster in 1980. His previous
adjusting experience includes working on Kansas City's Plaza Flood of 1977 and
the New Orleans Flash Flood of 1978. Bill graduated from Southwest Texas State
University with a B.S. in Agribusiness.

James Fenn joined the ranks of Wardlaw Claims Service as an adjuster
in 1995 and has been a member of the Management Team since 2000. He was
promoted to Field Director in 2002.

Senior Consultant John Fontenot joined Wardlaw Claims Service
in 1981. Beginning as an adjuster, he was promoted to Lead Adjuster in
1983 and was among the first to join the Management Team in 1999. His
background in the adjusting field extends back to 1966 and includes
stints as a Risk Manager and Regional Claims Manager. John holds a B.A.
from the University of Maryland.

Property Trainer and Field Supervisor Ray Hickok began as an
adjuster for Wardlaw Claims Service in 1996. He joined the Management
Team in 2001, was Mold Supervisor from 2001-2003, and has been in his
present position since 2004. A beta tester for Xactimate Software,
he holds a Level 3 certification in that product. He graduated from
Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Agricultural Education and began his
career in the ranching industry.

Brooks Hill joined Wardlaw Claims Service as an adjuster in 2001
and was promoted to Field Director in December of 2008. He holds NFIP
and CEA certifications. A Computer Networking and Systems Administration
graduate of Texas State Technical College, Brooks previously was an IT Network Engineer.

Field Director JD Lewis joined Wardlaw Claims Service in 2001.
He has extensive experience with mold adjusting and has worked
many historic catastrophes including Hurricane Andrew and the
Northridge earthquake. He is retired from the United States Army Reserve
and is an experienced general contractor. JD holds an A.A.
in Business Management.

Field Director Kevin Little, a member of the Wardlaw Management Team
since its inception in 2000, joined the company as an adjuster in 1995.
Since then, he has helped develop and test Wardlaw's Loss Management claims
system from scratch and its subsequent updates. Prior to joining the Wardlaw
team he owned and operated an I-CAR Gold status body shop. Kevin holds AIC
and CPCU designations and received a B.S. in both Computer Science and Biology
and a B.A. in English from the University of Montana.

Field Director Jonathan “JP” Rankin was hired as an adjuster
in 2001 and is one of the newest members of the Wardlaw Claims Service
Management Team. His experience at Wardlaw runs the property loss
gamut from commercial to flood. Prior to Wardlaw, JP
worked in quality control and operated his own landscape management and
flooring companies.

Tim Whiteman, Director of Auto Training, joined Wardlaw Claims Service in 1999
as an auto adjuster. In 2001, he was among the very few IAs to handle
large auto commercial losses during the Houston floods. Tim is I-CAR Platinum
certified and joined the training staff in 2004. He holds an AIC
and used to manage family businesses in auto body and construction.
